MS Project 2000 - underscore/lines

I am a new user to MS Project 2000. I just completed my first Gantt chart and
would like to draw bold lines under some of the horizontal lines as section
delineations.

The lines that are to be drawn are random. I could not say, for example, to
draw a line when, say, the category changes, because they are random.

How can I randomly make the bottom border of a few lines thicker and bolder?

You might want to post this to microsoft.public.project. It has nothing to
do with Outlook.
