Appointments from my Outlook are appearing 1 hour later when I sync them into
my mobile calendar (ipaq running windows mobile 2003). The time matches up
on my PC, on my ipaq, and in Outlook on my PC.
I've checked to make sure that the ipaq is not set to a visiting time, and
have played around with resetting the clock to a visiting time & then setting
it back on my correct time zone. No luck. Appointments still appear 1 hour
later on the ipaq's calendar.
The clocks on my computer, my Outlook, and my ipaq all match up. I'm
stumped. Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Alex,
did you also check the setings for "Winter/Summertime" in Windows AND
Outlook?
In Windows have a look in the Control Panel" => "Date and time", for Outlook
under Tools/Options/Calendar Options/TimeZone.
The 1 hour different is mostly the "Winter/Summertime" flag.

Or, in the United States, Daylight Savings Time.
