coordinate calenders

I have two computers running XP and Office.  I would like to synchronize the
calenders on microsoft office so that each calender on each computer is up to
date.  Is there a way of doing this?  I know one can import files by going
accesssing the File drop down menu, but as far as I can tell this only allows
one to copy from one to the other so if an appointment has been deleted or
changed on the calender of one computer then this is not taken into account
when updating the other computer.  Can anyone help?
