Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading. After furious head scratching, DAS66 asked: | Can 2+ persons calendars be merged into one central calendar folder? You could have a Public Folder Calendar and Right Mouse drag your meetings into it and select Copy when you release your mouse button. Your colleague could do the same and then copies of your meetings are in the shared folder.
