Adding days of the week (Mon, Tues, etc.) to Outlook Calendar

I want to add the days of the week to the header where the date appears in
Outlook Calendar, especially when it prints in the weekly view.  It is
confusing to use without days of the week with the dates going down the right
side and then the left.  I have tried all customizations I can think of
without luck.  Any suggestions?

Windows Control Panel->Regional Settings - set your long date format to dddd
mmmm dddd yyyy
