After furious head scratching, NurseNancy asked:
| I want to add the days of the week to the header where the date
| appears in Outlook Calendar, especially when it prints in the weekly
| view. It is confusing to use without days of the week with the dates
| going down the right side and then the left. I have tried all
| customizations I can think of without luck. Any suggestions?
