MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / April 2005Milly Please Help Me!!!!
When I try to print my calendar, only recurring appointments will print. I have not archived, nothing is private and all filters are cleared. This is new & sudden, everything was able to be printed last week. I even tried restoring my computer to an earlier date, but that did no good. Also, when I first bring up my calendar on screen, non-recurring appointments are missing, but when I click off the date and back on, they appear, but are not in print preview. I downloaded Hotfix#261312, but that didn't help. Do you have any suggestions???? Do you have Day/Week/Month with Autopreview selected as the default view? Try just Day/Week/Month. By the way, asking for help from me personally could cause you to not receive responses from people who are just as knowledgeable, if not more so, than me.
