I have migrated from using the Palm to Outlook. But one of the features I am
missing in Outlook is seeing a YEARLY shot of my calendar. Is there a way to
do that? The only views I can see in outlook now are day/week/month.

YOu can use the Date Navigator to show a yearly view.  Press F1 for
assistance.
