Hi,

My office uses Outlook 2003 and we are having a problem with our meeting
requests.  When one of us sends a meeting invitation, it appears on the
recipients calendar as either one hour earlier or one hour later than the
time the scheduler indicated.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Thanks!
Becky

G'Day Becky,

1. Check the WINDOWS 'Date and Time' and 'Time Zone'
settings on ALL PCs. Outlook inherits these settings.
Under 'Time Zone' make sure that ALL have
'Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes'
   checked.

2. Check the OUTLOOK 'Calendar Settings' for BOTH
       Tools>Options
           Calendar Options
               Time Zone
                       'Adjust for daylight saving time'
should be checked on ALL PCs.
