Is is possible to have the times of appointment showing at all times
regardless of your time zone ie 15 min?

After furious head-scratching, Colin Hyslop via OfficeKB.com asked this

Any where it can bee seen by someone sharing, if my appointment slot are
every half hour, I would like it to show "8.30- 9.30 Milly Staples", this
would only show if it was "8.45 - 9.45 Milly Staples"

You still are not being very clear about what you want displayed.  Is this
in the calendar or in an individual appointment?  You can change your
appointment times by manually entering them in the designated fields or by
using natural language (e.g., 730a and tab out = 7:30 AM or 14d = 2 weeks
out from today).  From what you are telling me, I am seeing that Outlook
already provides a method to achieve it but you are somehow not seeing it.

Tell me where I am misunderstanding what you want to see displayed and
exactly where.

It is for individual appointments, for the appointment time to show as
default irrespectives of the time. If I could attach a file I would send you
an example of what I mean.

14:15-15:15 Board meeting would appear if the appointment times were every
30 minutes.

If the Board meeting was 14:00 - 14.30 it would appear as

Board meeting

I would like the former to be the default view?

I'm sorry - I simply do not understand what it is you are trying to show.
Perhaps someone else can assist you and try to understand your requirement.
