Planning Meetings with OL2002 and Exchange 2K...

...When trying to plan meetings with other users and resources, no
information is currently available when viewing schedules, except for the
current and next month. Ideally, we would like to be able to view rolling
12-month availability: is this possible and is it something set on the
Exchange server?

You will need to set the free/busy on each Outlook client to 12 months. 2
months is the default.
