MS Office Forum / Outlook / Calendaring / April 2005Is a private appointment truly private?
Most of what I have read would indicate that giving others read only rights to your appointments but restricting some appointments by marking them private is safe. The links below give warnings otherwise. I don't think any Exchange patch is going to solve it, but I am not privy to the Exchange program managers' thoughts.
