Typically all day events show up on the monthly calandar in a box without a
start time.  Somehow I can't get mine to do that.  My all day events show up
like any other appt. with a 12 am start time.  How do I get the original
formatting back?

What version of Outlook?  For Outlook 2003, View->Arrange by->Current
View->Customize.
