To make a product improvement suggestion, it is often best to direct your
mail to mswish@microsoft.com and put Outlook in the subject.

As for adding this ability, I would have to say it would depend on whether
the individualy has any mapping software on the computer.  Do you want this
generated locally?  On a web page (requires being connected which is not
always practical)?  Do you want Outlook to become a map generating program
as well?
