Is there a way to show the start and end times when printing a monthly
calendar ie. meeting 2pm-3pm

What version of Outlook and do you have your view set to show this in the
calendar already?  Do you have the time shown as clocks?

Hi Milly,

I have MS Outlook 2003.  I have my current view set as monthly and I print
the monthly calendar by going into the print menu and selecting "monthly
style."

My monthly calendar on the screen does not show start and end times.  I
don't know how to do that.

I don't know what you mean by having the time shown as clocks.

I hope this answers your questions.  Thanks for responding!

Hi Milly,

I just figured out what time set to clocks means.  No it is not set that
way.  I have the show end time box checked, too.  I also made sure that in
the fields section "start was mapped to "start" and "end" was marked to
"end."  I'm totally at a loss now.
