i am trying to invite several colleagues to meetings that will be held on
different days and at different times. How can i invite people to this chain
of meeting without having to invite them to each meeting separately????

You can try WS Repeat Appointment that allows you to set up irregular
recurring appointments.  I have not tried for location and times, however it
works well for the problem with recurrence.
