Have Treo 650 and unable to sync Calendar

Everything else syncs but my calendar.
I go to Hot Sync Custom and click on various options and it automatically
defaults to "Do nothing" and as the result calendar is never syncing.
What do I do?

Ask the Treo people for your support questions - Outlook has nothing to do
with it.
