appointments no alerts!

appointments never send alerts to any users, when opening OWA appointments
do send alerts,

any idea? win2k server, exchange 2k, clients use outlook 2k & outlook 2003

Are the appointments in the default calendar?

Yes the appointments are in the default calander, this is affecting all 47
users
