One user, sharing multiple calendars

Gurus,

I have a user who needs to share two calendars, but not his own personal
'default' calendar. What is the procedure for this, and how can the other
users connect to these calendars?

We are an Exchange 2003 organization.

My apologies; all users are on Outlook 2003. I don't have a problem creating
the calendars (right-click on existing calendar, New Folder...), but once the
new calendar is named and created, I'm not sure how to view it. Thank you.

Click on the Calendar icon in the navigation bar at the bottom of the
navigation pane.

Thank you, that much is obvious; I see that I should have been much, much
more specific.

I am a user, named Joe Schmoe. I create a couple of new calendars, called
'Cheese' and 'Wine'. I share them. Now, I want to show my co-worker how to
access the calendar. I move his mouse to "Open a Shared Calendar...". I get a
dialog asking me to put in the name of the shared calendar. However, 'Cheese'
or 'Wine' do not do the job, the only responses I can get from this field are
if I put the username of a user.

This, specifically, is my issue.

Are these calendars created under the same mailbox/.pst file? If yes, have
you given permissions to the additional calendars?
