I am trying to find how to see who added an appointment to my schedule.  I
was able to find in Schedule+, however, I have not been able to find this
feature in Outlook 2003.  An ideas?

Did you open the appointment item and check the organizer?

Yes, it says that I am......I thought that it would have been in the
properties of the appointment, but it's not.  I have even tried changing
access right and seeing if that work, but it doesn't.
