We use Exchange Server 2003 and Outlook 2003 at our company. When scheduling
a meeting with Outlook, if I put the cursor over someone else's "blocked out"
time, I can see the details of the calendar entry.  I'm concerned that others
can see information that the calendar owner might be expecting was more
private.  Is there is a setting that allows us to supress this?  Thanks.

Thanks, but wouldn't a user be able to turn this feature on to see other
people's detailed calendar information? Is there a way we can show other
people's appointment time as blocked out when scheduling a meeting without
showing the details of the blocked out time, and do this company-wide?

The feature is client based.  If you turn on show calendar grid in planner
details, it works on YOUR box to show YOUR calendar details.  If another
person has it turned off on theirs, the details do not show, only if the
time is busy, tentative, or out of office.

Look in the office resource kit to see if there is a gpo to set this company
wide.
