In the older version of Word there was a template that would import the data
from Outlook into a Word document calendar, but this feature does not work
with the newer versions of the software, is there a similar tool built into
Word or a downloadable template? Does anyone know?
Thanks.

If you mean the My Outlook Calendar, it still works AFAIK. You can find it
on slipstick.com

I found my own answer after doing more research on the outlook online site.
There is an OL downloadable template that will import selected Outlook data
into a word document.
