How can I send repetitive email msgs without 3rd party software?

I want to schedule once a week messages sent to a particular contact but I do
not want to have to purchase and install a 3rd party software.  Has anyone
come up with a way to be able to do this without purchasing the Sperry
software?

Make the email, close it so it is in Drafts.   Right mouse drag it from
Drafts, to Drafts a few times so you have spares there ready to use each
time you want to send it.

Then make yourself a recurring Task to send it.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, JC asked:
