I have the birthdays of about a dozen employees I have to add to three
separate calendars. Is there an easy way to do this?

G'day. Do it on one calendar and then Right Mouse Drag to the other
Calendars.  When you release you can select Copy.  Use the By Category View
so you can select all the birthday's at once.

As you haven't explained whether these Calendars are all visible in your
Folder List, I'll assume they are.  PLEASE make an attempt to post your
version and platform. eg 2003 and Exchange server.
