Check your daylight savings time options in Outlook Calendar Options,
Windows Control Panel, and your PDA - ensure they all match time zone and
DST settings.

After furious head scratching, MFarar asked:

Milly, thanks. It worked! When I checked all the settings they already
matched. I don't know why but now it works when before it was offsetting by
an hour. A thousand thanks.

You're welcome. Something was not matching - perhaps finding the offender
was enough to shame it into compliance.
