How to add reoccuring holidays to Office Outlook 2000 past 2002

When trying to add my holidays in outlook, selecting
tools-->options-->preferences tab-->calendar options-->add holidays, all the
holidays that are added is from 1998-2002 which does alot of good for 2005!  
How do I get holidays added to outlook that are reoccuring for each year or
how do I specify which years are selected for inserting the holidays?
