I have a client who would like to change the Defult response that is highlighted when she recieves a Meeting Request in Outlook. To what and why? There is always the option to edit the response before sending - is this not enough?  SignatureMilly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without reading.
