We used to see past and future appointments in our group schedule. Suddenly
only the the current month and next month has entries. On the third month I
only see some recurring appointments but not the other future appointments.
Any appointments done for the past months are blank (no information). We are
using Exchange Server 5.5 and Outlook 2002.
Help!!!

Outlook Free/Busy info controls how far into the future and back into the
past you can see appointments, so your problem is probably related to that,
and while I know how to reset and "clean" Free/Busy info on an individual's
calendar, I have no clue how to do so on a group calendar.

If you have an Exchange administrator, I'd ask them if they can either reset
or else adjust the Free/Busy info on this calendar.

Good luck!
