Can Outlook delete canceled meetings for invitees automatically?

Automatic deletion of canceled Meetings - 04 May 2005 20:02 GMT

As a meeting organizer who needs to update and cancel meetings often, I have
noticed that the recipients do not do their part, which is removing the
canceled meeting from their calendar. This causes major confusion when they
go to the canceled meeting conference room or think there is a recurring
meeting that no longer exists. It seem many people do not follow the
Microsoft instructions, so why is this not automatic?

Better question is why has your organization not trained employees in basic
Outlook etiquette?
