I have a user that is using Outlook 2K with W98 and another usin
Outlook 2K3 with WXP.  We are running Exchange 2K.  Both users hav
all current Windows and Office updates installed

The department has set up a public calendar for members of the member
of the department to use. The users say that the appointments hav
been dropping off without their intervention. They are addin
information, but as they search through the calendar, appointment
that have been added are now gone.  The users are saving th
appointments, but even appointments that were entered last year ar
missing when they go back and search.  They are not using a
expiration date fo rthe appointments.  I have restricted the roles o
each user and gave one read-only, and the other only editing rights
but again, when they search, old and new appointments are gone.  I
there a version incompatibility with public calendars?  I hav
exhausted myself trying to figure out what the possible problem is
and a possible solution

Thanx in advance..

I am having the same problem, but my dropped appointments are only with ones
that have been changed and not all with changes.
