In Outlook I have no "Invite Attendees" tool.  How do it get it?

I have tried everything I know to find this tool and cannot.  It is not in
customize either.  How do I find this tool on my standard tool bar when I am
trying to convert an appointment to a meeting?

Thanking you in advance.

What version of Outlook and what folder are you in?  Try enabling the
Advanced toolbar as well.
