I want to convert an existing calendar in Palm desktop version 4.1 into my
Outlook 2002 calendar.

Outlook 2002 will import some calendars (but not Palm v 4.1) or any file
saved in vcs format.

I can only get Palm desktop v 4.1 to export into data base archive format
(DBA extensions) or into vcs format on a record by record basis.

Even then, when exporting into vcs on record by record basis, Palm
interprets any repeat calendar events as only being the first event scheduled.

Does any one have any experience either importing Palm desktop version 4.1
directly into Outlook 2002 or exporting the entire Palm desktop v 4.1 file
into 1 vcs file that can be imported into Outlook 2002?

You will need to use the Chapura PocketMirror software (probably included on
your Palm OS CD) to sync with Outlook.  If you do not have it, go to
http://www.chapura.com - I am not sure if they have a trial but all you need
is to use it once.
