I need to hold a number of dates (6-8) on the calendar for possible dinner
meetings.  Although the times will stay the same for each dinner, the day of
the week will vary.  Is there a way to pick and choose dates rather than
select repeating days of the week?

Thanks.

The first method for doing this would be to create the first instance of the
event and save it to your calendar.  Then, right click and drag to the next
potential date on the Date Navigator.  When you release the mouse button, you
will have the option to copy or move.  Select Copy.  Continue for the rest of
the dates.

Or you can use an application called WS Repeat Appointment that will let you
do all of this in the same appointment item.
