I just got a new sales job and need to manage my contacts. In Contacts,  how
can I get a contact to appear in my calendar for follow up?

G'Day Terry,

I've never been in Sales, so I'm not EXACTLY sure what you mean....

The following advice is for Outlook 2003. A similar facility is
available in earlier versions.

Please try the following:
While viewing your Contacts (say) by Category (any view will do),
Click "Folder List" in the lower half of the Navigation Pane.
You now have two Panes:
| Folder List |  Contacts                                               |

(Left-)Drag a Contact from the Contacts Pane and drop it on the
*Tasks* Folder in the Folder List Column - is this something
similar to what you would like? (Close the Task without saving.)

If it is, then RIGHT-Drag instead to see various other options
available after you drop - and while Right-dragging try also
dropping on the Calendar (for your particular purpose here, do
not choose the top option "Address New Meeting", but it will
also be useful to you).
