We use exchange and have 2002 & 2003 outlook on the computers.
We want to have one main office calendar that links to everybodys indvdual
calendar.
It seesm lkek this is one important feature that Outlook can't handle.
Any solutions? add-on's?
Thanks

Outlook does not include any built-in method to collate multiple calendars into one master calendar. The feature that comes closest is that you can invite a public folder to a meeting by including the public folder's email addresses among the invitees. A variety of more robust solutions are listed at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/scheduleall.htm .
