how long does appointments keep in the calendar

I noticed in my outlook calendar the app'ts from past years has dropped off
(02/03). I thought this info would keep forever. The only items still
listed are recurring app'ts. Can you tell me what the save default is?

You will need to turn off archiving. It is on by default. RIght click the
calendar icon, select properties and set your archiving interval to what you
want (I have mine unchecked.)
