User schedules a meeting, invites others, & when goes to open the meeting
notice all the attendees invited are missing and so is the Tracking tab.  On
attendees's PC's the meeting notice is in tact, including everyone who is
invited.

Also, it doesn't happen on all meeting notices.

Any ideas on what could be going on?

Are the invited attendees sending a response?

Yes, she receives the accepted notification in her inbox.
Oh and to add to the mystery now random meeting notices are dropping off of
her calendar.  Most of these meetings are recurring meeting notices.

Does your organization use delegates and Blackberries?

We do not use Blackberrys and this user does not have any delegates.  She
does have an older Motorola Pager device that she uses to sync and and alert
her of meetings scheduled on her calendar. However for purposes of
troubleshooting she has not used the device and a recurring meeting notice
recently dropped off of the calendar.

The device is  a MotorolaTimePort using TruSync Plus Wisdom OS and she only
syncs one way to where only the unit gets updated with the Outlook calendar.

I do know there are issues with Blackberries/delegates that can cause
Outlook items to go missing but I am at a loss when these items are not
present.  Does this employee share her calendar with anyone?  Does she have
permissions set to anything other than Reviewer on her calendar?

She does not share the calendar and her permissions are set to
Default-->Reviewer.  Wasn't sure if you saw my addition to my last post so
here it is:

No, I saw your response and that added to my puzzlement.  I am at a loss to
suggest anything except a new mail profile, the last resort of
troubleshooting.  Configure it to use the current mail settings but do not
copy the profile.

Yes I agree that a new profile is in order.  Milly thanks so much for all of
your input.  You are a real asset to this group.

We all try to be helpful here and sometimes it actually works.  Thanks for
the kind words.
