"Day/Week/Month with Autopreview" view is not working. It shows the
same thing as the "Day/Week/Month" view. "Day/Week/Month with
Autopreview" is supposed to show Tasks, Today's Appointments, and a
Calendar for the next two months (small box for each day, emboldened if
there is an appt on that day). This problem has been queried by two
others in the forum in the past, and noone had an answer. Can someone
please help if you have dealt with this problem and solved if before?

OK, folks. Here's the FIX, for those whose "Date Navigator" in Outlook
2000 Calendar is missing:

Go to the top of the tasks and hover your mouse until you see a double
arrow, Grab it and pull down.

Auto preview has nothing to do with whether you can see the Date Navigator.

Make an appointment with some text in the notes area.  Then set the
day/week/month with Autopreview view and you'll see the notes part of your
meeting.  That's what Autopreview does.

I have posted answers to the missing (hidden) Date Navigator many times -
often the question says "the little calendar" is missing!

In 2003 in Day/Week /Month you can also click | View | TaskPad and the Date
navigator will jump above the TaskPad where it's been in all previous
versions.
