if i have more than 6 appointments on outlook calendar covering the same time
period i can not view the 7th+ calendar items.  example:  if i've put 8
appointments on my outlook calendar that all have 9am in that appointment
somwhere i can not see items 7 or 8.  once i delete and get it down to 6 i
see all.  we just our calendar as shared between 7 people in office so is now
happening more often.  i've tried changing display, widing, etc.  but doesn't
help.  if there a setting somewhere that says only display up to 6 appts at
once.  they are literally still on calendar just hidden.  if i move one
outside of the range/exact time where the 6+ problem happens or delete, that
one or more i can't see is still there and become visual.  help

It is the default setting for Outlook.  You can try changing your screen
resolution to show more appoinmtents.
