Can someone suggest a server (Exchange 2003) based program that will allow an
easy way to create shared group (or the whole company) calendars? It would be
very helpful to be able to create and print a report based on AD user info
(location, department, etc.) Common use for this program would be for HR and
receptionist to keep track of people who are out, and for supervisors to know
their subordinates whereabouts. Thanks.

How about you see whether what's built in to Outlook is enough for your
needs - the Group Schedules function.  It's a tiny icon on the toolbar
beside the Today button ( make sure you're in the Calendar first).

You can set up schedules of the whole sales team, the managers, rooms etc.

Everyone - turn on your Advanced Toolbars and learn how to use the Field
Chooser and Group by Box!!
