Outlook 2003 calendat sharing

I think the answer is no but if anyone tells me different I will be very
pleased.

My wife and I run a very small business, and we have three XP Home PC's
connected via a router.

We use Pipex as our ISP and POP 3 email.

What we would like to do is chare just one calendar, not worried about
email.

I saw guidance about an exchange server, but did not really understand it.

We do share files through the third PC.

Can I somehow set up Outlook on the 3rd PC and both link into it for the
calendar only.

The Outlook .pst file is not shareable.  Outlook requires exclusive access
to it.  Plus, .pst files on a network are not supported.  Having said that,
