is there any way to do this.. I have gone calendar options free/busy time and
typed in \\ k:\calendar data\

but it says there is a problem writing to the URL

I want to publish the free busy time to the common server so others can see
my time for making common appointments

Ok.. now I have finally figured out how to get it to publish the data to the
server but when I bring up another person's information in order to make an
appointment it just has a long "No information" hash mark and doesn't
actually show the busy / free time... any help would be appreciated

So PBA how did figure it out? I'm on XP home and Outlook 2003 and am getting
the following message

An error occurred publishing your Internet free/busy data. Write operation
failed at URL

Any ideas??

Regards

Matthew

Matthew I haven't quite figured out why the item isn't showing the busy/free
time but the publishing of the free/busy data is easy to fix (at least at my
location).  In the address under details in the contact card of the person
that you want to see you have to put the exact location of the vbf file you
want to see like follows:\\

file://Server/Common/Calendar%20Data/file.vbf
