The start times on all of my appointements changed by 1 hour

also the all day appointments have changed to start and end at 1 am making
them show up as two day appointments in calendar view. What would cause this
to happen and how can i chande it back?

Check both the time zone and daylight saving time settings in both Windows
and Outlook -- usually one of them is wrong when this problem occurs.
