Most managers in our organization have their secretary's book their
meeting in Outlook Calendar (they are Delegates). In some situations
the manager may need to alter the meeting for some reason, delete,
modify date/time.

Whenever a meeting was booked with a "Resource" along with invities the
manger cannnot alter the meeting or delete it. the Delegate or booked
the meeting on his behal can alter the meeting in anyway.

Why can't the manager change the meeting that was booked on his behalf?
