Calendar Free/busy different

My manager pointed out to me that at one point he checked couple of his
employees' calendar throught Attendee availability in Outlook XP and he was
able to see beyong two months default calendar entries, but when the next
morning he tried it again, it was back to the two months limit. Those two
employees use Outlook 2003 and our manager uses Outlook XP. The email system
is Exchange 2000. Any ideas?

Did you ask the employees if they made any changes? Do you have GPOs that
reset the default free/busy time?

Yes, the users did not change their settings. Would you please give me more
information on those GPOs and how to create them. Thank you.

GPOs are Group Policy Objects that control the availability, settings, or
lack thereof. Ask your network admin if any GPOs are used with Outlook or
if Outlook was installed from a .ciw file.
