I cannot create a new appointment or change an existing one in Outlook. Tried
to reinstall all updates. Only answer found from Microsoft: A phone call
away, where to? I live in France, can you not give instructions here, please?

This is not Microsoft.  What instructions did you find for this error?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.  Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After furious head scratching, Bente asked:

Problem solved itself in the meantime for some reason.

Thank you for replying, but previous instructions for the same question from
yourself (MVP Milly Staples on 13/5) was: "a phonecall away"

Appreciate this service, thanks again
