I want to carry a hard copy of my calendar with me when I cant be near my
computer.  Is there a binder or product that will work like a date book with
the outlook calendar pages?

outlook can print on a variety of paper sizes, including full sheet or day
planner - and can print one or more pages per sheet. It's probably best if
you experiment with the different printing options - you can use print
preview or print samples to an electronic format if you have office 2003 or
several other apps installed.
