Changing conference room meetings

Susan, Michele, Donna, and the Bosss have rights to the conference room. If I
set a meeting in the conference room my computer is the only one that can
change that meeting even though we all have editing abilities. It seems the
computer that set the meeting is the only one that can change anything.

How can we change this?

Check exactly what permissions each person has on the folder. It's common to allow people to edit only their own items.
