I am trying to have both my work appointments and my personal appointments in
the same outlook calander. However, at times, I need to print my calander for
my boss and can not have my personal appointments on there. Is there a way
that both can be on the calander, but only the ones I select (my business
ones) print?

I know that I can make an appoinment private and when I print I can select
"hide private appointment details" but that still shows "Private Appointment"
on the printed calander.

Any help and/or suggestions would be greatly appriciated.

Use categories to specify which are business and which are personal, then
filter by the category and only print the business ones.
