Outlook Automatic Formatting

Is there any way to make automatic formatting appear on a shared
calendar for other users/viewers of the calendar? It appears on the
calendar where the "rules" are created, but not when others view the
calendar.

This is pertaining to Outlook 2003.

You would need to create a new named view in the folder scoped for "on this folder visible to everyone."
