Sharing My Outlook Calender with My Secretary

Dear Helpers,

I have recently hired a secretary to manage my meeting.
She is stationed in the office and is using Outlook 2000.
We have an MS Exchange Server 2003 in the office.
Hence she accesses the Mail via IMAP.

I travel a lot and have a notebook with me running Outlook 2000.
I only access my email server via POP3.

I want her to have access to read/change my calender so she can help me to
make/change/cancel appointments while I am updated instantly when I am not
in the office.

How may that be possible for us to do so please?

Thanks for the help in advance.

I can be contacted at bdpapsg@pacific.net.sg

Cheers/FM

Both of you will need to switch from POP/IMAP access to the Exchange server to using the Exchange service. Otherwise, none of your calendar data will exist on the server, so there will be nothing to manage.
